Cardiff Met superstar Aled Davies broke his own World Record for the F42 Shot after a throw of 14.68m at the BUCS Outdoor Athletics Championships in Bedford today. Davies surpassed his previous World Record throw (set in 2012) by 12cm in his fourth round attempt in the men’s Shot put competition.
 

The BUCS Outdoor Athletics Championships returns once again to the Bedford International Stadium over the Bank Holiday weekend.

UK Sport and BUCS are inviting bids from Cities, Regions and Universities for the FISU World University Championships 2016.

Nearly 6,000 student athletes from 134 UK universities and colleges were in action over the weekend (22 – 24 February 2013) as the inaugural BUCS Gatorade Nationals took place in Sheffield.
