Cardiff Met superstar Aled Davies broke his own World Record for the F42 Shot after a throw of 14.68m at the BUCS Outdoor Athletics Championships in Bedford today. Davies surpassed his previous World Record throw (set in 2012) by 12cm in his fourth round attempt in the men’s Shot put competition.
