BUCS continue to work closely with Volleyball England to provide the best value Club Affiliation and Player Registration scheme possible. This agreement sees a requirement for all university clubs competing in the BUCS Championship to be affiliated to Volleyball England, and all players participating in BUCS competitions to be registered with Volleyball England, through BUCS. In return a number of benefits will be available to BUCS clubs and players.

Each Institution is therefore required to complete the following two forms:

Volleyball England Club Accreditation Form
BUCS Team and Player Affiliation Form

At the beginning of the season, each Institution entered into the BUCS Volleyball Leagues will then receive an invoice from BUCS for the following:

• Club Affiliation - £47 (Non BUCS rate = £87)
• Player Registration - £40 x Number of teams entered in BUCS league. (Minimum of 10 players to register per team) plus £4 x Number of additional players.

Please return the two forms via email to fen.pengelley@bucs.org.uk. The Athletic Union will be invoiced directly by BUCS.

Institutions are asked to complete and return all forms no later than Friday 11th November 2011. 

This is a compulsory affiliation scheme for all English and Welsh institutions entered to compete in BUCS Leagues 2011-12. Scottish Universities are to contact Ross Simpson at SUS. Teams that do not complete payment and the paperwork may concede a walkover for every match following Friday 11th November 2011 up until the date where by an institution has registered.  Walkovers will not be conceded for any matches that have been completed prior to this date.
