With the selection of athletes to represent Great Britain at the World University Games (WUGs) underway we celebrate the start of the journey to Kazan and showcase the new teamwear kit they will wear in this fantastic video. 

British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) and Kukri, Official Teamwear Partner for Team GBR, today proudly present the kit that will be worn by British athletes at the 2013 World University Games (WUGs) in Kazan, Russia in July of this summer.

We have reached the point in the year when it is time to consider and celebrate the great successes of higher education sport. The BUCS awards nominations are now open across seven categories recognising the competition, participation, inclusion and international successes of this the 2012 – 2013 BUCS season. The awards celebrate the big names of university sport who have achieved Olympic and worldwide success but also the unsung heroes and the work that clubs play in the student experience.

The Rugby World Cup is the third largest global sporting event and will be hosted in England from September 18 to October 31, 2015. The Tournament, which is contested every four years, will see the top 20 International teams travel to England in 2015 and compete for Rugby’s highest honour in front of well over 2 million fans in stadia across the country.
