The Great Britain Universities Ice Hockey Team, fly out from London Gatwick, on Monday, 15th January 2007, to participate in the FISU World (Winter) University Games.

BUSA has today announced that Vodafone UK is to become the primary sponsor of the Association. The deal will see Vodafone supporting student sport throughout Great Britain across 49 sports and 151 universities, nationally and internationally, for the next three years.

The BUSA Fencing Individual Championships take place this weekend with a record breaking 614 entries descending on the University of Nottingham.

Helen Bridle, a Silver medalist at the World University Orienteering Championships, has won best Senior Improver at the British Orienteering annual awards at Longmor Camp, Near Aldershot.

The first BUSA Ultimate Frisbee Indoor Championships took place on 2-3 December 2006 at the Concord Centre, Sheffield with teams having qualified from Regional Tournaments in November.
