BUCS would like to inform all members that Caroline Chase will be leaving the organisation as of 16 December 2010. Caroline will be taking up a position with LOCOG as Boxing Services Manager and we all wish her well in her new and exciting 2012 role. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank her for all her hard work and dedication that she has shown during her time at BUCS.

06/12/10BUCS is currently seeking clarification regarding the FISU and WKF interpretation of statute 21.9... and any implications this may have for the BUCS Karate Championship 2011. Further details will be released on this page when the clarification has been received.

The University of Leicester have signed a unique agreement with the City of Leicester Lady Hoops Basketball club to promote Women’s Basketball. As well as providing coaching, venues and match day support for the University teams, a pathway to elite competition has been created for the University students through their Lady Hoops National League programme.
