    Of the sixteen disabled & able bodied athletes selected for the Team Visa exclusive Sponsorship Programme, three have competed in World University Games for Great Britain and/or BUSA Championships.

    The BUSA AGM 2007 takes place on 14 June at 1pm (registration at 12pm)at Greenwich University, Maritime Campus, where elections for the forthcoming season will take place.  The agenda, information and papers are now on Weekly Mailout 42 and can be obtained by clicking the link on the left.

    BUSA supports the first ever disability sports conference and games designed for University Sport Providers.  This unique event consists of a series of workshops, seminars and taster sessions designed to provide strategies for developing disability sport at Universities and providing an inclusive sports service.  With a choice of workshops from the leading organisations in disability sport, ‘See the Ability’ offers a truly unique and invaluable experience.

    A reminder to all that the deadline is fast approaching for this years BUSA Awards Dinner to be held at One Great George Street in London on 14 June after the BUSA AGM.  Tickets are selling fast so do not miss out on what will be a memorable evening. 

     

  • SUBtv small

    BUSA have teamed up with SUB.tv to create a nationwide network of Broadcast Production Teams.  These teams will be involved in producing content of BUSA competitions across the country ranging from Division Leagues to Championship Finals, such as Rugby Union at RFU Twickenham.  These BUSA Broadcast Production Teams (BPTs) will be able to gain experience in filming events, production management and even post production editing.
