The first athlete selections for the Great Britain team competing at the World University Games have taken place and BUCS are pleased to be able to announce those athletes representing Team GBR in Badminton, Fencing and Shooting.

Due the unseasonal heavy snow that blanketed Leeds in late March the BUCS Waterpolo Finals were rearranged for 11th - 12th May at the Edge in Leeds as the University of Bath, the University of Bristol, the University of Edinburgh, Imperial College London, Sheffield Hallam and Newcastle University all competed for Championship Gold.

This weekend, Britian’s most talented student track cyclist travelled to Glasgow to compete in the venue named after the man they all dream of emulating and in the competition that Sir Chris Hoy had himself broke records and won gold medals in; the BUCS Track Cycling Championships.
