British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) is looking to appoint an Assistant Team Coach for the Great Britain Men’s Football Team competing at the 2013 World University Games (the Universiade).

Having gone through the BUCS Sport Criteria assessment successfully we are delighted to announce that American Football is now a BUCS sanctioned sport. BUCS has been working closely with Andy Fuller and BUAFL / BAFA to ensure compliance to BUCS rules and regulations and is pleased with the growth of the game within higher education. We are all looking forward to continue this relationship and provide a great experience for all those associated with the game.

With the fixtures for next season already released attentions are now turning to the 2012/13 BUCS season, so we take one last opportunity to look back at the 2011/12 overall standings and consider can anybody topple Loughborough?

BUCS would like to wish Team GB and everyone that has been involved in making this historic event possible all the best of luck over the forthcoming 17 days of the Olympics and 12 days of the Paralympics.
