Promotion & Relegation

If Scottish Tier 1A top team do not take part in playoff, top 1st or 2nd team promoted (3rd team cannot progress to Premier B). If Scottish Tier 1A top team opt into Premier Leagues, top 1st or 2nd team will take part in a promotion playoff. Bottom two teams relegated. 6th placed team may also be relegated if top 1st or 2nd team loses promotion playoff OR if two teams relegated into Northern 1A from Premier B North. You will be notified in due course by the BUCS Office. There will be an integrated league and cup programme this season. All teams to Trophy first round. BUCS Office reserves the right to amend these knockout qualification and promotion / relegation details in exceptional circumstances.
