Promotion & Relegation

All teams to participate in skills weeks prior to season (taking place 10 Oct, 17 Oct, 24 Oct, 31 Oct, 7 Nov & 14 Nov). First league fixture scheduled for 21 November 2012. Top team promoted. Bottom team relegated. 5th team may also be relegated if 2 teams relegated into 2A. All teams to Northern Conference cup, fixtures played during league programme (see knockouts section for full draw and dates). The BUCS Office reserves the right to amend these knockout qualification and promotion / relegation details in exceptional circumstances. Please note: from 2013/14 all women’s leagues will be reduced to 6 teams. As a result for one season only BUCS will relegate as many teams as necessary to allow this to happen.
