Top two teams promoted, unless three teams relegated from Premier B (North & South) into 1A OR two relegated from Premier B (North and/or South) into 1A AND top 1A 1st or 2nd team loses Premier League playoff, then playoff against 4A 1st & 2nd placed teams. All teams to Midlands Conference cup, fixtures played during league programme (see knockouts section for full draw and dates).
